These photos represent several of the revisions to the structural permit plans that were made during construction due to
discovered conditions or issues of constructability. The revisions are clouded on updated plan sheets, S2.0, S2.1 and S3.0.
All of the work shown in these photos appears to be in general conformance with the updated plans.
The revisions include:
1) The reduction of the shear wall (SW6 between the Salon and Bedroom 1) in length but increase in nailing pattern
to SW4. Relocation of the corresponding HDU2 holdown to the new end of shear wall.
2) Substitution of a 3-1/2x12 glulam beam for the3-1/2x11-7/8 LSL beam at the edge of the new 2nd floor loft.
3) Substitution of (2) CS16 or (2) MTS16 straps for the CCQ column caps.
4) Revision of the drag/collector connection between the 2nd floor drag strut and the aforementioned SW4.
5) Dropping the 5-1/4x11-7/8 PSL support beams, reference detail 6/S3.0.
