Cascadia Electrical Solutions LLC proposes the following emergency fire alarm control
panel replacement for the existing system in the commercial building located at 547
Dayton Street in Edmonds. The existing panel suffered a power surge and was replaced
with the manufacturer's replacement model.
This installation consists of:
• An emergency Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) replacement
• Installation of an AES radio
The building currently has adequate sprinkler system coverage and visual/audible
notification coverage. All device locations were previously approved on the existing fire
alarm location.
Upon completion of installation and prior to inspection by the fire marshal, Cascadia
Electrical Solutions LLC will perform a pre -test of the system to ensure functionality and
compliance with applicable codes. Any and all changes requested by the fire marshal
shall be adhered to in order to ensure compliance with local codes.
Documents, permits, and inspection reports shall be kept on -site in an accessible
location near the fire alarm control panel and will be made available upon request by
any Authority Having Jurisdiction.
