Hi Jeff,
I'm looking at your scope of work for the first floor makeover for Thibodeau. All we want to include on
scope of work is the items that need permits.
1. Removal of the wall
2. New wall around fireplace.
The rest of the cosmetic changes do not require a permit unless you are moving plumbing, replacing
drywall etc. But flooring, cabinets, paint, new (same size) window etc does not require a permit.
So if you can respond to this email confirming your scope of work and the $$ amount for this work, I can
enter this info in and reduce the permit scope.
Thanks,
Denise Nelson CPT
