This letter is to inform you that Mill Park Condominiums has contracted with A Roofing Inc/A RFG LLC to
replace the roof on Building M at the address of 7205 2241h St SW, Edmonds, WA.
The project will commence the week of 5/29/23 A Roofing, Inc. will be removing the existing PVC roofing and
replacing it with new PVC roofing. They will install all necessary flashings and components.
A Roofing, Inc has worked with the HOA at Mill Park Condominiums to ensure the color options and roofing
material match the bylaws of the HOA.
