Traffic control and public safety shall be in accordance with City regulations as required by the City
Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.
RESTORATION
Restoration is to be in accordance with City codes. All street -cut trench work shall be patched with
asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

SEWER REPAIRS. FOR ANY REPAIRS WHERE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE STICK OF PIPE, A PRESSURE

TEST IS REQUIRED. WHERE LINING OR PIPE BURSTING WATER AND TV TEST IS REQUIRED. IF THE 4-6
TRANSITION IS ENCOUNTERED, A 6" CLEANOUT IS REQUIRED AT THE PROPERTY LINE. THE 6"
CLEANOUT SHALL HAVE A 12" CAST IRON LAMPHOLE COVER WITH 1/2 HEX BOLTS, GRIPPER TWIST
PLUG, AND A 24" CONCRETE COLLAR. AN AS BUILT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL OF THE PERMIT.
Sound or noise originating from temporary construction sites as a result of construction activity are
exempt from the noise limits of ECC Chapter 5.30 only during the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm on

Dirt Cheap Inc. proposes:
• Call in for Utility Locates.
• Obtain permits from City Jurisdiction — Side Sewer Only — If other permits become
required, those will be invoiced separately to client.
• Call in inspections as needed — Base inspection is included in this price; additional
inspections are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Description of Work:
1. We will install a clean -out and new wye connection for the laundry line.
2. We will re camera upstream in the line to determine if there is any damage between the
clean out and the house.
3. We may have to open a trench that is approximately 3-5 feet.
4. We will utilize 4" gasketed SDR35.
5. Provide final scope of line once all work is complete to provide to client.
6. Restore landscape to rough grade with native material, as needed to complete work.
7. Clean and haul debris as needed.
Materials:
• All water, sewer and drainage materials and workmanship will meet or exceed local
building codes. We use commercial grade brass and PEX fittings on our water lines.
• Delays that can influence the time commitments are weather, unpredictable materials
or obstructions located underground, accessibility of materials caused by shortages
by suppliers, interference from a customer, additional work requests, holidays,
accidents, equipment failure, etc. We will not accept any monetary deductions for any
such delays or if the work is finished earlier than expected.
