Existing garage is a fully framed structure connected to the house. Roof of garage is constructed of 2" x 10" wood beams spaced 16" to center. Existing deck, made of Tufdek, PVS Outdoor Vinyl Flooring, resides atop aforementioned garage. TimberTech Polymere AZEK decking will be install over existing Tufdek. Metal railing with metal pillars will be 42" high and railing pillars will be spaced 4' apart, with balusters spaced 3" apart. *Existing garage structural framing information, primarily the roof. Existing garage is a fully framed structure connected to the house. Roof of garage is constructed of 2" x 10" wood beams spaced 16" to center. Roof is finished with plywood decking and covered with Tufdek, PVS Outdoor Vinyl. *Guard railing details, section view (see deck handout) Metal railing with metal pillars will be 42" high and railing pillars will be spaced 4' apart, with balusters spaced 3" apart. *Garage and roof section view, including height. (see deck handout) Garage height is 8'. Garage height will not be altered. *Material details of new Siding and front door, including insulation and drywall information. Appears to be new. Washington State Energy Code requirements for exposed for Insulation. Rock fagade was removed and replaced with spunbound polyethylene Tyvex. Tyvek was then covered with wood siding. Neither front door, nor drywall, nor insulation were altered or manipulated.
