GENERAL INFORMATION
At the request of Dan Lemagie, BN Builders, arrived on site for observation of relative bearing of the existing
subgrade at the new footing in room E104.024.
The construction documents referenced for this inspection include: Permit Set 09/09/2022.
SUMMARY OF SERVICES
Observed the relative bearing of the uncompacted existing subgrade at the new footing in room El04.024, grid
lines M-N/1-2 (Photos 1 and 2). The existing subgrade material appears to be a native brown silty sand with
gravel. The original slab on grade was demolished and the area excavated for the new footing.
SUMMARY OF TESTING
The area was probed with a standard 1/2"-diameter T-probe and found to be firm and unyielding.
The results of observation(s) for today were reported to Cory Browning and Dan Lemagie, BN Builders.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the
project documents.
The tests were performed in general accordance with applicable ASTM, AASHTO, or DOT test methods. This report is exclusively for the use of the client
