The construction documents referenced for this inspection included engineer plans and drawings.
SUMMARY OF SERVICES
1) Verified new 4x6" post -installed with (2) Simpson AC4 post caps at east wall, D-line, per schedule SK-4.
2) Verified typical post splice repair south wall at grid lines 5.9, 6.1, 6.9, 7.1 and 7.9, per detail 1/SK1. Plates
installed with #10 x 2-1/2" and 1-1/2" Simpson SD exterior grade connector screws. Observed adhesive used
at splice point.
3) Verified A35 installed at new sill plates bottom side, per schedule SK-5, at sills between grid lines 5.9 to 7.9.
4) Verified SE corner column post repair completed per schedule SK-6.
The results of observation for today were reported to GLY Construction.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the
project documents.
