The construction documents referenced for this inspection include detail 1/SK-1.
SUMMARY OF SERVICES
Inspected splice plates added to Level 2 framing at grid lines 5.2 and 4.9. Splice plates and SD#10 screws are
added per plans at both locations; also sill replacement was performed, per SK-5. A-35 clips added top and
bottom of connection, per plans.
The results of observation(s) for today were reported to GLY Construction.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the
project documents.
