1. Maintenance bond for alley shall be in place prior to final. Email sent to Dennis Parker with
bond form and required amount.
2. Performance bond for the street trees and tree grates shall be in place prior to final. Email sent to
Dennis Parker with bond form and required amount.
3. Records for the ROW dedication shall be provided to City prior to final.
a. The notarized copy will need to be signed by City officials prior to being recorded with
Snohomish County.
b. The owner providing signature will need to be the correct owner at time of recording of
the document. For clarification, if documents are to be recorded after the sale of the
property, then the new property owner will need to be signing the document.
4. Stormwater covenant with accurate exhibits required prior to final.
a. The notarized copy shall be signed by the City inspector prior to recording.

5. As built required prior to final.
6. Compaction test reports for work in the ROW required prior to final.
