IF THE SUBDIVISION INCLUDED RESTRICTIONS OR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL LOTS, (E.G. MAXIMUM IMPERVIOUS SURFACE, LID BMP'S), THOSE REQUIREMENTS SHOULD BE RECORDED FOR EACH LOT AND MUST BE ENFORCED WHEN THE INDIVIDUAL LOT IS DEVELOPED.
