with polyurethane structural foam, one 675 gallon underground residential
heating oil tank from the above named property. All work was done, and conte
were disposed of according to the codes and guidelines set forth by the Washin
State Department of Ecology and local Fire Department regulations and the
decommissioned tank meet these standards.
