The project scope was changed to only include the addition in the front yard. The following items
shall be addressed prior to final approval:
1. A sewer cleanout is required within 2' of the addition in the front yard.
2. The cleanout connection will need to be inspected prior to backfill of the pipe. Schedule the
sewer inspection under permit ENG2021-0193.
3. This cleanout shall be kept at grade and remain accessible at final.
Once the cleanout is backfilled, all grass and landscaping is restored, and the site is permanently
stabilized, please schedule the final inspection for BLD2021-0413.
