It is my understanding that PSE would like to cancel ROW permit ENG2023-0007 (19120 94th Ave. W, Job
#109146512). Please confirm that this is the correct permit that you would like to have canceled. We will be able to
refund the $110 in inspection fees if you would like to cancel this permit, but the permit fee and City technology fee
($370 total) are non-refundable since the permit has already been issued.
Please confirm whether you would like to cancel this permit, and I will get things update in our system.
