Please submit revised plans/documents through www.MyBuildingPermit.com. SITE PLAN 1) Is the conduit between the existing ped and the proposed pedestal existing? Please confirm. a. If not, show how the conduit will be installed (e.g., boring or trenching). b. If boring, show bore pits on the plans and note that all utilities will be potholed. c. Show all City utilities on the site plan. d. Note that PUD will be responsible for all restoration. Yes the conduit between the existing pedestal and the proposed pedestal is existing.
