Please submit revised plans/documents through www.MyBuildingPermit.com. All previous comments were addressed from June 21, 2023 review. Clarification is still needed on the handhole placement. Please address the following comments: COMMENTS ON RESBUMITTAL 1) Please show in a street view photo where exactly the handhole will be placed. a. There is already a handhole in the landscape strip across from the new pole (circled in photo below). - Same position as circled HH below b. Is this Ziply's handhole or will Ziply be installing another one next to this handhole? Replacing existing handhole 2) If the handhole that is currently there is Ziply's, is the proposal just for sidewalk restoration? Please confirm. NOTE FROM ENGINEER - We placed a temporary handhole in the location being described, but would like to replace it with a permanent traffic rated vault in the exact same location. It will be the same color as the sidewalk and can be done during any sidewalk restoration. So yes it is a Ziply vault, which we want to pull out, and put a new permanent one in the exact same position. ■I Page 2 of 2 1/2-13 UNC CORROSION RESISTANT INSERT 2 PLACES PENING K 27 [686] NOTE: RESUB Jul 12 2023 CITY OF EDMONDS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT THIS BOX IS RATED FOR ANSI/SCTE 77 TIER 15 APPLICATIONS.
