Dear Hannah,
According to Article 11 of Declaration and Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations for
Sunset 121 Condominium, "... each owner shall have the right, at his or her sole cost and expense to ...
make any improvements or alterations to the Owner's Unit ... (Section 5); however, "... no work of any
kind shall be conducted without the express written approval of the Board (Section 8)."
This letter attests that the Board has approved the replacement and installation of a heat pump and air
handling unit by CM Heating into Unit 121A and the common area below in the garage designated for
HVAC equipment.
