A Krazan & Associates Representative visited the project site today to perform in -place density testing
and obtain a sample for lab testing. Upon arrival on site, we met with the contractor to discuss locations
for testing.
The contractor had previously placed and compacted 5/8-in minus, CSTC in the roadway of Skyline
Drive along the north edge of the site. Today, we performed and reported two (2) in -place density tests.
At the time of our site visit, lab testing on the placed material had not been conducted; results will be
provided following completion. See soil compaction report no. 09622359SCR7212022AL for additional
details.
While on site, we obtained a sample of the 5/8-in minus, CSTC from a site stockpile. The sample was
sealed and transported to the Krazan Lab for testing (proctor).

This testing does not preclude the possibility that the soil or hot mix asphalt
may be loosened by future construction or rainfall events. The compaction
tests were performed at the approximate locations and elevations shown,
and indicate relative compaction at those locations. Horizontal and vertical
limits of the compacted areas were determined by others. Our firm does
not guarantee earthwork or paving construction, nor does our work relieve
the contractor's responsibility to conform to the approved project plans and
specifications.
To the best of my knowledge, the above WAS performed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and regulatory requirements.
