of Heritage House Condominium Association
The undersigned, constituting the duly elected directors of the Heritage
House Condominium Association (the "Directors"), hereby take the following
action by unanimous written consent:
The Directors have reviewed and considered the following matter:
Improvements to Unit 302 of the Heritage House Condominium located at
535 Walnut Street, Edmonds, WA 98020, as proposed by its owner, Susan
Keene (the "Improvements").
After evaluation of the matter, the undersigned directors give their
unanimous written consent to adoption of the following action:
RESOLVED, that
Consent to the Improvements is hereby granted.
This Consent Action may be executed in counterparts and shall be effective
as of June 1 , 2023.
