This is in reference to the Molly Moon Tennant Improvement Project (NWFS Job # 05043C) at
the Main St Commons East. No new Hydraulic calculations are needed for the following
reasons:
• The shell systems was designed for an Ordinary Group 2 density (0.20gmp/Sq.Ft over
1500 Sq.Ft). This new tenant is primarily Light Hazard with the Kitchen being
Ordinary Hazard Group 1.
• Majority of the new Tennant Occupancy is Light Hazard.
