Debbie and Randy, it was good to meet you. Thanks for calling on Ballard iron. Here's our proposal for
Iron work we discussed last Friday. I've included proportional drawings for your reference as to design,
scale and placements. We will field engineer, fabricate and install 60 linear ft. of wrought iron fence
w/entry gate for the front perimeter of your property ($15,850) and (2) hand railings for your front stairs
($1,900), These stout, traditional designs feature heavy steel components and full weld, seamless
construction. Hand railings are engineered for code compliance. The materials we will use are:

Fence & gate stand Oft. In height. When viewed from outside,. gate opens inward and toward the left.
Fence and gate component spacings are s 4" clearance. Hand railings stand 34" in height. We will core -
drill and cement -anchor all posts into concrete. Field welds are dressed and touched up in place.

Prices quoted do not include sales; tax. We request a down payment of 1/3 the total price to be paid in
advance, with the balance + applicable sales tax due Not 30 after completion. Any changes to the above
specifications may incur additional costs. Allow up to 22 weeks from order date to start of job.

for which I agree to pay the total amount stated, and according to the terms herein stipulated.
