I am writing to authorize the installation of a heat pump at Unit B302, located within Arbor Villa at 7503
212th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026. As the President of the Homeowners' Association, I have reviewed
the request and can confirm that the installation meets the necessary requirements and guidelines set
forth by the HOA.
Please process the permit application submitted by the resident and property owner, Daniel Kinamon,
for the installation of a heat pump on his deck in Unit B302. The resident has agreed to comply with all
applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations during the installation and operation of the
heat pump. The HOA authorizes the resident to do the work himself.
