Application for such written approval shall be made to the Edmonds Planning Division which may require inspection of the premises prior to issuance of the written approval and following completion of the activities. Any person(s) conducting or authorizing such activity in violation of this paragraph or the terms of any written approval issued pursuant hereto, shall be subject to the enforcement provisions of Chapter 18.45, Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC). In such immediate vicinity of any damaged or fallen vegetation, restoration of the affected are in accordance with the standards setforth in Section 18.45.075, ECDC. The remedies and enforcement procedures of ECDC Section 18.45 are not exclusive, and the City of Edmonds reserves other remedies which it might not have at law or equity.
