Reinstall water heater equipment with proper earthquake strapping, support metal stand and
foam pad. Installation of new copper water supply piping for hot and cold with isolation valves.
Installation of insulation for hot and cold lines to the water heater equipment in the attic.
Installation of trap primer device to floor drain. Installation of T&P drain line to floor drain
location. Rework a section of waste and vent line. Installed rough -in drain line for 3 hair wash
stations. Installed rough -in waste and water supply line for utility sink.
We will schedule a pre inspection with Eric Carter once the permit has been issued to determine
the best way for the plumbing to be located.
