I left a voicemail before leaving the office last night to let you know I reviewed the tree removal request PLN2022-0100.
Due to the lack of critical areas that may limit tree removal (slopes over 25%) and the size of the property (cannot be
subdivided), tree removals are not limited on this property per Edmonds' tree code, ECDC 23.10. The status of your
removal request has been noted as "completed review' in mbp.com and you may proceed with the removals.
