Thank you for submitting your hazard tree removal request for the property located at 1030 Brookmere Drive. The
photo included in the arborist report shows that the Grand fir is clearly dead and at risk for failure. Because the
proposed tree removal is located outside a critical area (>25% slopes shown in green below), you are not required to
plant replacement trees.
