A group of Edmonds students, parents, police, parks staff and adults have been working to identify a downtown site to locate a modular skate park. After researching selection criteria (access, visibility, active area, etc.) and examining several locations, a section of the Civic Playfield, adjacent to the existing basketball court, was recommended as the best potential site. 7.
