Hi Bruce,
Thank you for submitting a hazard tree removal request. The removal of the 2 Douglas firs and the multi -stemmed alder
trees located on your property has been approved. Feel free to print this email for your tree care company to show the
tree removals have been authorized by the City.
Due to the presence of a critical area (greater than 25% slope), 6 replacement trees are required per ECDC
23.40.220.C.8(b)i and iv. Once the replacement trees have been planted, please notify me or the Planning Division to
schedule an inspection verifying the removal conditions have been met.
