DBH blue spruce located in a critical area at 18117 85t" Place W has been approved. Once the replacement trees have
been planted, please notify me or the Planning Division to schedule an inspection verifying the removal conditions have
been met.
Sometimes it takes 24 hours for the permit status to change in mbp, so feel free to print this email verifying the removal
has been authorized by the City. Thank you.

hazardous, posing a threat to public safety, or posing an imminent risk of damage to private property; provided,
that ...The applicant submits a report from an ISA- orASCA-certified arborist or registered landscape architect that
documents the hazard and provides a replanting schedule for the replacement trees;
I cannot add replacement trees to the submittal materials or note the applicant's intent to meet the code. Please
submit through mbp (do not email me) a site plan, aerial screenshot or drawing indicating 2 replacement trees planted
anywhere on the property.
