The City of Edmonds Architectural Design Board (ADB) will hold a special meeting on June 15, 2023 to continue
the Phase I public hearing for PLN2022-0085, a design review application for a new three-story mixed use
building at 605/611 Main Street. The public hearing was opened at the ADB's May 25 regular meeting and
continued to a date certain of June 15. It is anticipated that the ADB will schedule the second phase of the
public hearing at the conclusion of the June 15 special meeting.

Two existing structures will be demolished.

Type III -A decisions, which require a two-phase public hearing and decision by the
