Joan and David;
This letter is to confirm that the hoard approved your request on May 0,
2023 to install a single zone Heat Pump external to your unit on the east
side of the property. External piping should run overhead below the
second -floor corridor and into your unit. A small external water drain will
run out of your unit on the front of the building (west side). External pipes
should be painted to match the existing building color scheme. As usual,
all work must comply with the current building code and be permitted as
