1) Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, all vegetated flow
paths shall be permanently stabilized per the 2022 stormwater "Flow path is undisturbed native
landscape, or well -established lawn, landscape, or groundcover over soil "
2) Back fill around, install a slotted grate and adjust the rim elevation on CB #5 to collect runoff
from the parking lot of the neighboring property to the east.
3) Install a 2" asphalt berm across the driveway of the neighboring property to the east to direct
stormwater runoff to CB #5.
4) Install a 4" Storz adaptor on the fire hydrant at the NE corner of 9th Ave N and Puget Dr.
5) Install a blue reflective marker in the center of Puget Dr in front of the fire hydrant.
6) Install a 12" cast iron lamphole cover with '/2" hex bolts and a pick hole and a 2' concrete
leveling collar around the 6" sewer lateral clean out at the property line.
7) Provide a project asbuilt.
8) Easement for retro fit vegetated flow path on the east property line shall be recorded with
Snohomish County. Please provide a copy of the recorded document to the city.
