MAINTAIN THE OCCUPIED ROOM HEATING SETPOINT. WHEN THE UNIT IS IN THE HEATING POSTURE, THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER REMAINS IN THE MINIMUM POSITION
UNOCCUPIED:
DURING THE UNOCCUPIED MODE, THE SUPPLY FAN IS OFF, THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER IS CLOSED AND BOTH MECHANICAL COOLING AND HEATING ARE DISABLED
NIGHT SETBACK:
WHEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW THE UNOCCUPIED TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE FAN AND HEAT ARE CYCCED AS NEEDED TO BRING THE SPACE UP

NIGHT SETUP:
WHEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE UNOCCUPIED TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE FAN IS CYCLED, AND THE ECONOMIZER AND MECHANICAL
COOLING ARE MODULATED TO RETURN THE SPACE TO THE UNOCCUPIED SETPOINT.
MORNING COOL DOWN:
AT 2 HOURS (UP TO 4 HOURS AFTER A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY) BEFORE THE OCCUPIED PERIOD, THE BMS BEGINS MONITORING THE OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE
