During the site visit on 09/08/22 we observe the wood wall is damaged and the sill plates are pushed out approximately 2 inches towards the basement space. We believed the wall is load bearing or has a beam above to support the main floor joists and walls above. However, we are not able to verify since the wall is covered with drywall. We recommend all damaged framing be replaced. Please provide temporary shoring as necessary prior to performing any repair work. Feel free to reach us if you have any questions. Thank you, Alex Lebedev Structural Engineer www.b2enLineers.com www.mmbile.COM 206-822-7097 (c) 425-318-7047 (o) Strive for better engineering and service.
