1. All debris shall be properly stored on site or removed from the
construction site daily.
2. All demolition work shall be performed In accordance with City
regulations.
3. The contractor shall remove all pipes and sleeves below ard above
grade.

drawings or specifications and to include such costs in bid unless otherwise

5. The contractor shall coordinate removal and capping of all existing links
to off_site data ' power, gas, sanitarylstorm sewer and water with each utility

6. Refer to and comply with all other plans including, but not limited to Civil
Engineeflng, City erosion control requirements, including forthe excavation
and removal of existing foundation and the stabilization of the site after
demolition is complete.

8. Provide all labor, material, equipment and services and perform all
operations required for complete demolition and related work as described
and specified herein, and as may be reasonably implied as necessary to

2. The sewer line cap (at the property line) is required to be inspected by the
City. Call 425-771-0220 ext. 1326. Sewer laterals may only be capped with a
correct size screw plug (a concrete patch is not permitted).
3. Temporary erosion control is required prior to, during and post demolition
work. See: Erosion Standards
4. All materials must be dumped at approved dump area.

File a Notification
You must file a completed notification and pay a fee to the Puget Sound Clean Air
