1. Provide project as-builts from your civil engineer.
2. Provide compaction reports for all utility work that was completed in the ROW.
3. Provide an updated "Exhibit B" for the stormwater covenant that shows the detention pipe
instead of the detention vault.
4. Provide approval documentation from OVWSD for work in the ROW and on private property.
5. Replace the section of the driveway approach that is cracked. This section shall be replaced
from expansion joint to expansion joint.
6. Paint the c-curb and center line with yellow reflective paint.
7. Stripe the triangle area where the turtles have been placed with yellow reflective paint.
8. Install "Stop" sign next to the stop bar leaving the neighboring property.
9. Install "Stop" sign next to the stop bar leaving your property.
10. Install mailboxes.
11. Remove the plastic bag that is covering the fire hydrant.
12. Install a Storz adaptor on the fire hydrant on Edmonds Way.
13. Install a blue reflector on the lane on Edmonds Way in front of the fire hydrant.
14. Remove the small job shack at the NE corner of the property. Once the job shack has been
removed the city will assess the site distance from the neighboring property to the east. Some
trees/bushes may need to be removed.
15. Remove any portion of the block walk that extends into the ROW or the access easement.
16. Compost amend and stabilize the area around the new path on the neighboring property.
17. Compost amend and stabilize the area next to the driveway entrance of your property.
18. CB 45 — Mud around 12" inlet pipe, install flow restrictor pollution control device, and remove
construction debris from the detention pipe.
19. Install swinging doors on the trash enclosure with drop pin holes in the closed and open
position.
20. Additional items within the access easement are being discussed. The city will follow up asap.
