Owner letter authorizing Tenant workPSM CONSULTING ENGINEERS September 27, 2021 City of Edmonds Development Services, Building Division 121 5th Ave. N Edmonds, WA 98020 RE: Permit BLD2021-0926 Office Building Tenant Improvements 7614 —195t" SW, Edmonds Building Division: We are writing in regards to this building permit. Muni Vimawala and I are the owners of both Peterson Strehle Martinson, Inc., the future tenant for much of the space being improved, and of SV Real LLC, the corporation which owns the entire building. We are writing to add some clarifications and notes to this Building Permit, as suggested by Christina Wayland, Edmonds Senior Permit Coordinator: 1. As mentioned on the phone to Christina Wayland, we will be constructing the project ourselves, with some sub -contractors, acting as our own general contractor for the project. 2. Summe Medical Clinic currently occupies the entire area which will receive the construction; they will be the tenant for the southeast portion of the improved space once constructed. They have our permission to perform some or all of the construction of the improvements in that portion of the building. 3. Constructing the project in two phases, and minor changes to the design such as leaving one bathroom in place instead of moving it, are acceptable, subject to approval from the City of Edmonds on -site inspector, to be discussed and clarified at an in - person project kick-off meeting at the site.
