2) The provided valuation of $40,000 does not seem to accurately reflect the proposed plans.
Please adjust the valuation to reflect the proposed plans or provide a cost breakdown to justify
the amount. The valuation provided appears to only cover material costs. In accordance with IBC
109.3. The valuation shall include valuation for total value of work, including materials and labor
for which the permit is being issued, such as electrical gas, mechanical, plumbing equipment, and
permanent systems. Please provide a revised valuation to accurately reflect the scope of the
permit. Valuation has been revised to include materials, labor, electrical, mechanical and
plumbing as requested and is included as attachment to this response letter.
