1. Four sidewalk panels do not meet ADA requirements. The panels marked below shall be replaced
such that both the cross slopes are under 2% and the running slopes of the ramps are under
8.3%.
2. Sewer cleanout at property line shall have gripper twist plug.
3. Install mailbox at approved location per postmaster.
4. All disturbed soils shall be compost amended. Please provide receipt for compost.
5. Provide geotech letter for stormwater management facility.
6. Provide compaction report for all work in the right-of-way.
7. Provide stormwater covenant for City of Edmonds signature, then covenant shall get recorded at
Snohomish County. Provide recorded copy to City of Edmonds. Email to
