This letter presents the results of our plan review and response to comments related to the proposed Apollo
Apartments project. With respect to plan review, we reviewed the following design documents for general
conformance to the recommendations presented in our April 22, 2022 geotechnical report prepared for the
project:
• Structural Plans prepared by Axiom dated 4/8/22.
• Civil Plans prepared by CG Engineering dated 4/20/22.
Based on the information reviewed, the plans appear to generally conform to the recommendations
presented in our April 22, 2022 geotechnical report. The preceding statement does not address the
following, all of which shall remain the sole responsibility of the Contractor: accuracy or completeness of
details, quantities or dimensions; construction means, methods, sequences or procedures; coordination
among trades; or construction safety.
