1. The sidewalk bistro dining expired for this season on August 31, 2023. All tables and chairs will
need to be removed from the City right-of-way immediately.
2. You will be responsible for payment for all of September and the first half of October. The
rental fee due is $111.71.
3. If you would like to extend the permit beyond October 15, 2023, please respond via email to
engineerinpermitsgedmondswa.gov and indicate for how many more months you would like to
have sidewalk dining and a new invoice will be sent to you on My Building Permit.
THE ACTIONS OR CORRECTIONSINDICATED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO BE
CORRECTED BY: October 16, 2023 OR PENALTIES MAYBE APPLIED.
