I refer to the above -mentioned property located at 229 3rd Ave S apt 202, Edmonds WA 98020.
Our office provided wood repair guidelines to address certain water damage to the wood
framing at exterior wall of unit 202, SE corner. We also provided limited and intermittent third -
party inspections of The Work. Where noted during the inspections, items not compliant with
the design documents were brought up to the attention of the Contractor who was responsible
to make timely corrections. Photographs of the corrections were forwarded to our office for
review.
To be best of my knowledge, the repairs to the water -damaged wood framing at the subject area
were completed in general compliance with the approved design documents.
