Code Section Violated:. 1) Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Chapter 18.70 Street
Use and Encroachment Permits: and Chapter 17.70.040 Bistro and Outdoor Dining.
Description of Violation: 1) Sidewalk dining has expired as of August 31, 2023.
Corrective Action Required: 1) Remove tables and chairs immediately.
2) Make payment for all of September and portion of October where tables have been in use.
3) If you would like to extend the permit beyond October, please email
engineeringpermits(aedmondswa.gov and indicate for how many more months you would like to
have sidewalk dining.
Correction is Required no later than
4:00 PM
on October 23, 2023
If corrections are not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.
