a.
I) Yes, the dumpster will be dropped at 6 AM and picked up at 2 PM each day M-F.
Nothing will be kept in the parking stalls after hours or on the weekends.
ii) We require (3ea) parking stalls total to allow for placing and removal of the
dumpster. The truck will need access to pull forward and back up to the dumpster. (2
ea) stalls to allow for this.
lii) If another vehicle, apart from the dumpster truck from the demo team is in the stalls,
it will be a MRJ Constructors flatbed truck used for smaller debris haul off and
mobilizing tools and equipment.
b. Dimensions of Right -of -Way are listed in the ROW Permit application and on Sheet 3
in Demolition Plan Set.
c. I have updated plan sets to reflect the same dimensions, on the demo permit, and
Sheets 1 and 12 on the Remodel Permit. Also, I have attached the Construction
Schedule on the last page of the Demo Permit Set. As clarified on the schedule, the
proposed closure will be 4/17 - 5/9, M-F, Gam - 2pm. The closure is required to remove
debris and complete the work, MRJ Constructors has reviewed this as the minimum
closure impact.

e. MRJ is proposing no intermittent open and closure. The sidewalk stalls shall be
closed 4/17-5/9, 6am -- 2pm. When they leave at 2pm, they will pull the fencing back to
the building, allowing the sidewalk to be clear and open. The NO Parking signs will
remain at a location to allow for pedestrian access and clearances on the sidewalk.
After 2pm and before 6am, the parking stalls will be open to the public.

f. I have added a note, number 4, no materials shall be stored overnight in the ROW.
g. MRJ Constructors understands that an extended parking permit application is not
needed. MRJ plans to park vehicles in available public parking.
3. Please see updated haul route map.
4. OK
5. MRJ plans to use the public restroom across the street so no Sanican required. I
have removed it from the Demo Site Plan.
Jennifer, please contact me anytime with any questions.
Sincerely,
Curtis
