Windermere Edmonds requests a special/temporary use permit for the vacant property at 228 5th Ave S.
for the purpose of hosting a fundraiser for the Edmonds Food Bank.
The event is scheduled for October 2, 2023 from 4:30pm-9:00pm. We anticipate attendees to come and
go throughout the event.
Set-up will include one 10x10 projector screen, twenty cocktail tables, and six 6ft retractable tables for
beverage services and silent auction items. There will be one 20x30 tent set up outside the barn door
that will be open-air except for one wall section parallel to 5"' Ave to allow for our silent auction set up.
Building ingress/egress will be provided through the large barn door. There is no secondary
ingress/egress available.
