Framing
Blocking for grab bar frame for niche and shower glass
Rough -in:
• Relocate drain from tub to center drain shower.
-Install new shower valve.
Plumbing
-Install new valve for the toilet.
Trim out:
-Install customer provided finish fixtures.
• Replace existing bathroom fan with an LSE provided Panasonic fan/light/night light
Electrical &
combo. Connect to existing ducting, if present.
Mechanical
• Add anew switch legs to control light and night light portions independently. This will
be accomplished by adding two "stack" switches at existing two gang switch box. Add
AFCl/GFCI protection to circuit.
Drywall
Patch and repair drywall throughout bathroom, texture to match existing
Millworks
• Install new PVC base
Paint
' Prime and paint bathroom walls and ceiling one color, one sheen, two coats. Paint
color to be selected.
• Install waterproof underlayment for new shower pan and surround
• Tile tub/shower surround, grout.
Wall Tile
' Shower surround and back of niche tile to be 12x24 MSI Alexandra White, edge
detail to be.... grout to be....
• Pan file to be 12x24 Portebelli Belgique Sky, grout to be......
• Install blue pearl granite tile for shower curb, niche and corner shelf.
Bath Accessories
• Install new shower glass - Client to go direct to Asscociated Glass

-Shower floor to be demoed and new properly sized and vented center drain installed
• Install customer provided finish fixtures.
All accessible drains to be cut out and brought to code
Electrical
- Extend power from an existing circuit to add (xl) new receptacle near toilet for use by a provided -by -others bidet
toilet seat. Add AFCUGFCI protection to circuit.
Drywall
-Patch and repair drywall throughout bathroom, hall, and studio. Texture to match existing

Wall Tile
Shower surround tile to be 12x24 Cavelier Ivory, edge detail to be stone grey schluter 3/811, grout to be

installed.
Millwork
• Patch door trim at doors to bathroom and studio
Cabinets
• Reinstall exisitng vanity cabinet and over toilet cabinet in bathroom
• Reinstall existing cabinets with countertop in studio, including backsplash and new side splash
Countertop
• Install new quartz countertop, shower curb, and niche shelves in bathroom.
• Quartz to be Concrete Gray Lagoon.
Bath Accessories
• Install new grab bars in bathroom
