To Whom It May Concern,

The Atrium board of directors have reviewed the engineering documentation provided
and after multiple discussions with the Martin Flores of Dimensional Building
Consultants agree to proceed with the repair. The required permits will be applied for
and contractor bids will be solicited for review. We are expecting to receive bids of
between $40K - $70K based on Martin's expert opinion.
Please issue the required permits as soon as possible so that we can proceed before
the weather turns too wet to do stucco work.
