Conditional Approval

Dear Mr. Moolayil,
Attached to this letter are the signed and conditionally approved plans for the Kisan Enterprises project. As
discussed over the phone yesterday, the plans have been conditionally approved to expedite the approval
process. The following conditions, while not called out on the plan, must be satisfied as part of construction
and project closeout:
1. A specific water easement will need to be granted to the District for the water meters/services that
extend past the ROW. The water easement shall extend at least 3.5' past the ROW line to match the
proposed sidewalk easement. The water easement does not have to cover the entire frontage of the
site, but shall extend another 5' east and west from the most easterly and westerly services.
2. Trees are not allowed to be planted over the existing watermain or within District easements.
