We are requesting a permit revision for project #BLD2021-0929. Below are the requested revisions
and locations on the drawings where they can be found:
1. Al. 1:
a. original mechanical room to convert to storage room
b. mechanical room to be relocated to under new entry porch, furnace and water
heater move to this location
2. A3.1: section through new mechanical room
3. A4.1: wall section through new mechanical room
4. S2.1:
a. Foundation and pin pile adjustments to allow for existing foundation to remain at
west wa 11.
b.
Foundation and pin pile adjustments at east to allow for new mechanical room
location
c.
Replacement on east wall where section of existing foundation cracked and fell
away during construction
d.
Dowel wall and foundation reinforcement notes
e.
Updated pile schedule
5. S2.2:
a.
Detail removed on west wall where foundation will remain
b.
Header changed to BM4 at south wall.
c.
Modification at east wall where new mechanical room will be located.
6. S2.3:
a.
BM 1 at north wall change to BM7 to match depth of other beams
b.
BM1 at entry changed to BM11
c.
Simpson hanger call out revision.
d.
Central beam 7 changed to BM 12 and post relocated
7. S3.1:
a.
Additional beam call outs on beam schedule
8. S4.1:
Revision to detail 8 and 12
9. S4.2: Revision to detail 1 and 3
