RE: Ritter Short Plat (PLN20120021) —Vegetation Management Plan Compliance
Dear Mr. Bolin,
Wetland Resources, Inc (WRI) has overseen the implementation of the Vegetation Management Plan
(Revision 2; Wetland Resources, Inc., dated October 4, 2017) for the Ritter 3-Lot Short Plat.
Improvements were implemented in 2018 when the Lot C development was built. These
improvements were documented in a memo prepared by WRI, dated May 22, 2018. Lot A and
Lot B are nearing construction completion and additional improvements have been implemented
in the Vegetation Management Area between Lot C and Lots A and B (Area B on the approved
plan). Invasive species have been removed and native species have been installed in compliance
with the approved plan. Some species substitutions were made, and WRI agrees that they are
acceptable native species and will provide equivalent functions. Three trees were removed for
construction of the houses on Lots A and B (one deciduous and two conifers). Per the approved
plan, these trees were replaced at a minimum 2:1 ratio. The following species have been
